Generation takes a long time
Article generation can take a few minutes, especially when Pinsearch is creating several sections or images. If the page appears stuck:- Wait a little longer.
- Avoid refreshing while generation is actively running.
- If it clearly failed, try again with fewer items or fewer images.
Article created as partial
A partial article means Pinsearch created a draft, but one or more items or images could not be completed. Open the article and review what was created. You may be able to edit the draft, add missing sections manually, or generate a smaller article again. Pinsearch may also refund credits for failed items when a partial article is created.Credits and failed generations
If validation fails before generation starts, credits are not charged. If credits are deducted and generation fails, Pinsearch tries to refund them automatically. If you see a message that an automatic refund failed, contact support. When to contact support
Contact support if:- The same article keeps failing after several tries.
- Credits appear to be missing after a failed generation.
- A public error message tells you to contact support.
- You cannot open the generated article from the Article Library.
