Basic, Plus and Pro add credits each month, including when you pay yearly. Billing shows the next refill date and the amount your plan can add.

Rollover caps

Unused subscription credits carry forward up to three months of allowance. A refill adds credits only up to the bank cap; it does not replace your balance with a fresh allowance. For example, Basic with 1,500 plan credits can receive 300 at its next refill before reaching the 1,800 cap. Purchased credits remain separate from that calculation.

Dates and billing status

Use the date on Billing rather than assuming refills happen on the first day of the month. A yearly payment and a monthly credit refill are separate events. Paused subscriptions do not receive normal subscription refills. Payment status can affect refill eligibility; resolve failed payments before expecting a refill. A cancelled subscription can remain eligible through its displayed end date.

Free, Lifetime and credit packs

Free starter credits and Lifetime starter credits are one-time allocations. They do not create monthly refills. Credit packs add purchased credits that do not expire or count toward rollover caps.

Changing plans

An upgrade can top up the difference between allowances already granted in the current cycle. It does not grant a full new allowance every time you switch. A downgrade changes the bank cap, so review your plan balance before confirming. See change your subscription plan.
