Use the actions on your Billing plan card to manage a recurring subscription.

Pause or resume

Open the plan’s action menu and choose Pause when you want to pause billing. A paused card offers Resume to reactivate it. Paused subscriptions do not provide normal paid access or monthly credit refills. If you do not also have Lifetime access, Free allowances apply. Review Publishing and Automations before pausing a subscription used for recurring work.

Cancel renewal

Choose the cancellation action and review the confirmation. Cancellation stops renewal; the plan remains active until the end date shown on Billing. After that date, Free allowances apply unless Lifetime access is present. Use the displayed date to distinguish a cancelled renewal from an already expired subscription.
Subscription management, Pause publishing and pausing an automation are separate actions. If your immediate goal is to stop Pins going out, use Publishing’s pause control and review its queue.

Purchased credits

Purchased credits remain separate from subscription refills. Having credits does not preserve all paid tool allowances after subscription access ends. If a status change fails, refresh Billing and check the displayed status before repeating it. Contact support if the status and confirmation disagree.
