Use subscription actions on Billing when you need to pause, resume, or cancel your Pinsearch subscription. These actions appear only for subscriptions that can still be managed.

Open subscription actions

Open Billing

In the Pinsearch sidebar, click Billing.

Find your subscription

Look for your current plan card near the top of Plans & Billing.

Open Subscription actions

Click the three-dot Subscription actions button beside your plan status.
The menu can include Pause Subscription, Resume Subscription, Customer Portal, Update Payment Method, and Cancel Subscription.

Pause a subscription

Choose Pause Subscription if you want to temporarily pause the subscription. When a subscription is paused, Pinsearch shows it as Paused.
A paused subscription may not count as active access. Resume it before using tools that require active access.

Resume a subscription

If your subscription is paused, open Subscription actions and choose Resume Subscription. After the action finishes, refresh Billing if the status does not update right away.

Cancel a subscription

Open Subscription actions

On Billing, open the three-dot Subscription actions menu for your plan.

Choose Cancel Subscription

Click Cancel Subscription.

Confirm the cancellation

In the confirmation dialog, click Cancel subscription.
Pinsearch explains that your subscription stays available until the end of the current billing period. You can choose a new plan later if you come back.

Keep the subscription instead

If you opened the cancellation dialog by mistake, click Keep subscription.

After cancellation

After cancellation:
  • Your plan may still be usable until the current billing period ends.
  • The subscription can show Cancelled or an expiry date.
  • When the paid period ends, access-required tools send you back to Billing.

If you only need to change your payment method

Do not cancel just to update a card. Use Update Payment Method from the same Subscription actions menu.
