Use Billing to open the payment-management flow for your subscription. Update payment method opens the provider’s payment update page. Use it when a card changes or Billing reports a failed payment. Complete the update with the payment provider, then return to Billing and check the plan status. Customer portal opens the provider’s billing portal. The Billing page’s Payments section also lists payment records and available receipt links.

If an action is unavailable

The available controls depend on your subscription and the payment links provided for it. A Free or Lifetime account may not have the same recurring-subscription controls. Do not send card details or passwords to support. If a payment update succeeds but access remains wrong, share the purchase reference, approximate time and visible status. See payment processing.
