Use the subscription actions menu on Billing to update your payment method or open the customer portal. This is the right place to start when a card has changed, a payment is past due, or you need to review billing details.

Open the subscription actions menu

Open Billing

In the Pinsearch sidebar, click Billing.

Find your subscription

Look for your current subscription card.

Open Subscription actions

Click the three-dot Subscription actions button beside the plan status.

Update your payment method

Choose Update Payment Method from the menu. Pinsearch opens the payment update flow for your subscription. Follow the prompts to save the new payment method. After updating, return to Pinsearch and refresh Billing if the status does not update right away.

Open the customer portal

Choose Customer Portal from the menu. The portal opens in a new tab. Use it to review or manage billing details connected to your subscription.

If the menu is missing

The subscription actions menu may be hidden if your subscription is expired, cancelled, or unpaid. If you do not have an active subscription, open Billing and choose a plan to restart access.

If payment still shows as past due

Try these steps:
  1. Confirm the payment method was saved successfully.
  2. Refresh Pinsearch.
  3. Open Billing and check the subscription status.
  4. If the status does not update, contact support with the email on your Pinsearch account.
