Use Change plan when your publishing pace changes and you want to move to a different Pinsearch subscription tier. You can switch between Basic, Plus, and Pro from the Billing page when you have an active subscription.

Change your plan

1

Open Billing

In the Pinsearch sidebar, click Billing.
2

Find your current subscription

Look for your active plan card at the top of Plans & Billing.
3

Click Change plan

Click Change plan beside your current subscription.
4

Choose a new plan

On Change Plans, review the available plans and click Switch to this plan.
After the plan change succeeds, Pinsearch returns you to Billing and shows a success message.

What you see on the Change Plans page

The Change Plans page shows other subscription tiers you can switch to. It hides your current tier so you do not accidentally choose the same plan again. You can use the Monthly and Yearly tabs when both billing intervals are available.

How credits are handled

When your subscription plan changes:
  • Your purchased credit balance stays separate.
  • Your subscription credit plan updates to the new tier.
  • Future monthly refills follow the new plan.
  • Your rollover bank changes to the new plan limit.

Billing changes and proration

Plan changes follow billing proration rules. This means your payment provider may apply an immediate charge or credit depending on:
  • The plan you are moving from.
  • The plan you are moving to.
  • How much time is left in your billing cycle.
Review the plan and billing interval before confirming a switch. A plan change may affect your billing immediately.

If you have lifetime access

Lifetime accounts do not need a subscription plan change. If your lifetime license is active, the change plan page shows Lifetime License Active and explains that you already have permanent access.

If Change plan is not visible

You may not see Change plan if:
  • You do not have an active subscription.
  • Your account has lifetime access instead of a subscription.
  • The subscription status is cancelled, expired, unpaid, or otherwise unavailable.
Open Billing to choose a new plan if your previous subscription has ended.
