Understand upgrade and access messages

An upgrade prompt can refer to a paid feature, a usage allowance or a publishing limit. Check the message before buying credits or changing plans.

Identify the restriction

Message or situation	What to check
Paid keyword information is hidden	Paid or Lifetime research access.
Free search or download allowance reached	Billing’s Free usage and reset time.
Not enough credits	Article cost and credit balance. A pack can add credits without changing plans.
Cannot turn on an automation	Free can test once; recurring Automations require a subscription or Lifetime.
Publishing account or Pin limit reached	Connected-account, daily or waiting-Pin limits; Free also has monthly scheduling limits.
Account needs reconnecting	Pinterest connection, rather than credit balance.

Free access continues without a time limit. An ended or paused subscription can return you to Free limits when no Lifetime license grants paid access.

If you already have paid or Lifetime access

Refresh Billing and verify the signed-in account, plan status and purchase record. Lifetime qualifies for Automations and paid feature access even though it is not a recurring subscription. A plan upgrade does not fix a disconnected Pinterest or WordPress account. Reconnect the destination when the message asks for that. If the plan shown and the feature’s access message disagree, contact support with both screens and the action you tried.
