In the Pinsearch sidebar, look near the lower navigation area. You can use:- Feedback: Share product feedback or feature ideas.
- Bug Report: Report something that is not working correctly.
- Knowledge Base: Open Pinsearch help articles.
When to use Feedback
Use Feedback when you want to suggest an improvement. Good feedback examples:- A feature you wish existed.
- A workflow that feels confusing.
- A report or export you would like Pinsearch to support.
- A way Pinsearch could make research or publishing faster.
When to use Bug Report
Use Bug Report when something appears broken. Examples:- A button does not respond.
- A page shows an error.
- A keyword, pin, or profile result does not load.
- A WordPress connection fails even after checking your details.
- Credits or billing status do not look right after refreshing.
What to include in a bug report
Include enough detail for the team to understand what happened:- What you were trying to do.
- The page or tool you were using.
- The keyword, pin URL, profile username, or article title involved, if relevant.
- The error message you saw.
- The approximate time it happened.
- Whether refreshing and trying again changed anything.
