Use the support links in the Pinsearch sidebar when you need help, want to share feedback, or need to report something broken. In the Pinsearch sidebar, look near the lower navigation area. You can use:
  • Feedback: Share product feedback or feature ideas.
  • Bug Report: Report something that is not working correctly.
  • Knowledge Base: Open Pinsearch help articles.

When to use Feedback

Use Feedback when you want to suggest an improvement. Good feedback examples:
  • A feature you wish existed.
  • A workflow that feels confusing.
  • A report or export you would like Pinsearch to support.
  • A way Pinsearch could make research or publishing faster.
Feedback is best for ideas and improvements, not urgent account issues.

When to use Bug Report

Use Bug Report when something appears broken. Examples:
  • A button does not respond.
  • A page shows an error.
  • A keyword, pin, or profile result does not load.
  • A WordPress connection fails even after checking your details.
  • Credits or billing status do not look right after refreshing.

What to include in a bug report

Include enough detail for the team to understand what happened:
  • What you were trying to do.
  • The page or tool you were using.
  • The keyword, pin URL, profile username, or article title involved, if relevant.
  • The error message you saw.
  • The approximate time it happened.
  • Whether refreshing and trying again changed anything.
If the issue is about Pinterest data, include the keyword, Pinterest pin URL, or profile username. This makes it much easier to investigate.

When to use Knowledge Base

Use Knowledge Base when you want a step-by-step guide. It is best for learning how to use a feature, checking setup steps, or troubleshooting common issues before contacting support.

If the issue is urgent

If you cannot access your account, publish, manage billing, or recover expected credits, use Bug Report and include the account email connected to Pinsearch. Avoid sharing passwords, payment card numbers, or private WordPress credentials in a feedback or bug report.
