How Publishing works
Drafts are not published automatically. A Pin enters the publishing workflow when you add it to the queue, schedule a time or choose Publish now.
1
Connect Pinterest and set queue times
Connect your account under Settings → Pinterest, then open Publishing → Settings. Check the time zone and add the days and times you want Pins to go out.
2
Create or import drafts
Send designs from Pin Maker with Add to Publishing, or use New Pin and the additional creation options in Publishing.
3
Review and schedule
Choose a board and review the Pin. Use Add to queue for your regular posting times, Schedule Pin for a specific time, or Publish now for immediate publication.
4
Check the outcome
Upcoming Pins appear in Queue. Successful Pins move to Published, where you can open the resulting Pinterest Pin.
Access and limits
Publishing is available on Free, Basic, Plus, Pro and Lifetime. It does not use article credits. Limits cover connected accounts, daily publication and Pins waiting in Drafts and Queue.
