Use Multiple posts to create a design set for each post you choose. Import through a website’s post list or paste one complete post link per line.

Find and import posts

Enter the website and click Find posts. Search the discovered list by title or URL, choose posts up to the displayed limit, and create their Pins. If the list is incomplete or a post is missing, use the option to paste links directly. Free allows one post per batch. Paid and Lifetime batches can import up to 10 posts at once. A failed post can be retried individually without rebuilding every successful post. Review each post’s status and images after import.

Choose the editing scope

Select a post in the batch rail to work on its Pins. Choose All posts when a look or template change should apply throughout the batch. Text fields and photo choices need the relevant post’s context, so check the scope labels before editing. Download or send the Pins shown in the current scope, or select specific designs. The action bar shows the number affected before you act.

Review the photo pool

Open the photo control or Review photos.
  • Included photos can be used in designs; excluded photos stay available to review.
  • Star a photo with Use more when you want it to appear more often.
  • Review From elsewhere on the page separately from article photos.
  • Upload additional JPG, PNG or WebP photos when the post needs more suitable images.
Featured images and page furniture may be left out initially. Including them is a choice; a website logo or sidebar image usually makes a poor article Pin.

Why fewer Pins were created

A template needs enough suitable photos for its photo slots. A small photo pool or narrow template selection can produce fewer usable combinations. Include more photos, enable other layouts, or request fewer Pins. If imported images fail, check that the article and images are public, use the direct article URL, or upload your own images.
