Use this guide when Keyword Finder does not show the results you expected. Most issues can be fixed by broadening the seed keyword, waiting for metrics to finish loading, clearing filters, or checking your account access.

No results appeared

If Pinsearch says it could not find keyword suggestions:
  • Check the spelling.
  • Try a broader seed keyword.
  • Switch the country and search again.
  • Avoid very long phrases at the start.
For example, try home decor before small apartment cozy boho wall decor.

Metrics are still loading

Volume, difficulty, and trend data can take a moment to appear after keyword ideas load. If you see missing values:
  1. Wait for Pinsearch to finish fetching volume data.
  2. Try the search again if the values stay blank.
  3. Refresh the page if the app shows a volume data error.

Filters hide all rows

If the table says No keywords match your filters, your filters are too narrow. Try one of these:
  • Clear the keyword text filter.
  • Remove one volume, difficulty, trend, category, or group filter.
  • Click Reset if it appears.
  • Search again with a broader seed keyword.

Premium keyword ideas are locked

Locked premium keyword ideas are not a broken result. They mean Pinsearch found more premium keyword ideas than your current access can show. You can still use visible keyword ideas, or upgrade if you want the full premium list.

Keyword Finder sends you to Billing

If opening Keyword Finder sends you to Billing, your account may not have active access. Keyword Finder requires active access through a free trial, active subscription, or lifetime license. Credit packs add generation credits, but they do not replace account access.

Add to Project is disabled

Add to Project stays disabled until you select one or more keyword rows. Check the box beside a keyword, then click Add to Project again.

Export selected keywords is disabled

The Selected Keywords export option needs at least one selected row. If you do not want to select rows, use All Keywords instead.

Search failed

If Pinsearch shows a fetch or retry error:
  1. Wait a moment and run the search again.
  2. Try a broader seed keyword.
  3. Refresh the page.
  4. Contact support if the same issue keeps happening.
