Pinsearch’s MCP connection lets a supported AI assistant request keyword research while you chat. It is available with paid or Lifetime access.

Connect the assistant

Copy the connection link

Open Settings → MCP in Pinsearch and copy Connection link: https://app.pinsearch.co/mcp.

Add a custom connection in your assistant

Use the assistant’s custom app, connector or remote MCP setup, name it Pinsearch and enter the connection link. Availability and menu labels depend on the assistant’s plan and workspace settings.

Authorize your Pinsearch account

Follow its connection flow, sign in to the intended Pinsearch account and review the requested Keyword research access before approving it.

Try a focused request

Enable the connection for the chat if needed and ask the assistant to use Pinsearch for a seed topic and market.
The MCP settings include video walkthroughs for Claude and ChatGPT. Use them alongside the current assistant interface; third-party menus can change.

What the connection can do

It can research a seed keyword, optionally select a country and limit the returned ideas. Results include available estimated volume, categories, groups and premium-result access information. The assistant can then help organize the returned research into content ideas. The current connection is for keyword research. It does not publish Pins or articles, change Projects, run Automations or manage billing.

Manage connected assistants

Open Settings → MCP → Connected assistants to review approved connections, their access labels and connection dates. Disconnect revokes that assistant’s Pinsearch access. Reconnect from the intended assistant later if needed.
Check your assistant plan and workspace rules. Your administrator may need to allow a custom connection.
Check the Pinsearch account used for authorization. Free and credit packs alone do not unlock assistant research; eligible Lifetime access does.
Read the error, check paid access and retry later if it reports a temporary or request-rate limit. Reconnect if authorization is no longer valid.
Disconnect it in Pinsearch and authorize only the assistant account you intend to use.
