Creation statuses help you understand what happened to an article draft and what to do next. You may see statuses in the Create hub, Article Library, or article-related workflows.

Statuses you may see

CompletedPinsearch created the article successfully.Open it, review the draft, then edit or prepare it for publishing.
PartialPinsearch created a draft, but one or more items or images could not be completed.Review the draft and fill gaps manually, or try a smaller generation.
DraftThe article is saved as a working draft.Keep editing, or mark it ready when your workflow calls for it.
FailedArticle generation did not complete.Try again, reduce the article size, or contact support if credits look wrong.
PublishedThe article is marked as published in your library workflow.Use it as a completed reference, or open it if you need to edit details.

Completed

Completed means the article draft was created successfully. Open the article and review:
  • The title
  • Body content
  • Images
  • Alt text and captions
  • SEO fields
  • WordPress publishing settings

Partial

Partial means Pinsearch created a draft, but some requested items or images did not finish. Partial articles can still be useful. Open the draft and decide whether to edit it, add missing sections, or generate again with fewer items or images. Pinsearch may refund credits for failed items when a partial article is created.

Draft

Draft means the article is still in progress. Use this status when you are editing, reviewing, or waiting to publish.

Failed

Failed means article generation did not complete. Try again with:
  • A clearer topic
  • Fewer listicle items
  • Fewer uploaded images
  • Supported image formats
  • Enough credits
If a failed generation appears to have used credits, contact support.

Published

Published means the article is marked as published in your library workflow. If you send an article to WordPress, also check the WordPress result and any publishing warnings in the Article Editor.
