After you save research into a Project, use the Project detail page to review it. Each Project has tabs for saved keywords, saved pins, and saved profiles.

Open a Project

1

Open Projects

Click Projects in the sidebar.
2

Choose a Project

Find the Project in the table.
3

Open the detail page

Click View.

Review saved keywords

Open Saved Keywords to review keyword ideas you saved from Keyword Finder. The table can show:
  • Keyword.
  • Category.
  • Group.
  • Estimated volume.
  • Status.
  • Priority.
  • Premium marker, when a saved keyword is premium.
Use Filter keywords… to narrow the list by keyword text. Use Status and Priority filters to focus on a smaller planning set.

Update keyword status and priority

Use the row actions menu to update a keyword’s Status or Priority. Status can be Complete or Incomplete. Priority can be Low, Medium, or High. Use these labels to separate rough ideas from keywords you are ready to turn into content.

Export saved keywords

Use Export in the keyword table when you want a CSV copy of your saved keyword research. You can export:
  • Selected Keywords
  • All Keywords
Export selected keywords when you want to build a smaller content plan from a larger research list.

Delete saved keywords

Select one or more keyword rows and click Delete to remove them from the Project. You can also delete an individual keyword from the row actions menu.
Deleting saved keywords removes them from the Project. Export important research first if you may need a copy later.

Review saved pins

Open Saved Pins to review pins you saved from Pin Explorer. You can sort saved pins by:
  • Saves
  • Comments
Click a saved pin to open the original Pinterest pin in a new tab.

Review saved profiles

Open Saved Profiles to review competitor profiles saved from Profile Explorer. Profile cards can show profile image, username, followers, following, and views. Click a profile card to reopen that profile in Profile Explorer. Use the delete button on a profile card when you no longer need that profile in the Project.

If a Project is missing

If a Project cannot be found, it may have been deleted or you may not have access to it. Use Return to Projects to go back to the Projects list. If the Project should still exist, contact support and include the Project name if you remember it.
