You can add your own images to a generated article from inside the Article Editor. This is useful when you want to replace a generated image, add a product photo, include your own Pinterest-ready visual, or support a section with a more accurate image.

Supported image files

Pinsearch currently supports:
  • JPEG images.
  • PNG images.
  • WebP images.
Each uploaded image must be 10 MB or smaller.

Access requirement

Image uploads require active Pinsearch access. If your account does not currently have access, the upload may fail with an access message.

Upload an image

1

Open the article

Go to Create, open Library, and click View beside the article.
2

Click where the image should go

Place your cursor in the article body where you want to insert the image.
3

Use the editor image option

Open the editor’s insert menu or toolbar and choose the image option.
4

Choose a supported image file

Select a JPEG, PNG, or WebP image that is 10 MB or smaller.
5

Wait for upload

After the upload finishes, the image appears inside the article.

After uploading

Open the Image tab in the Publish panel and review the new image. Add:
  • Alt text so the image is accessible and easier to understand.
  • Caption if you want caption text to travel with the WordPress export.
If the uploaded image should be the main article image, select it and click Feature.

If upload fails

Check these first:
  • The file is JPEG, PNG, or WebP.
  • The file is 10 MB or smaller.
  • Your Pinsearch account has active access.
  • Your internet connection is stable.
If the same image keeps failing, try compressing it or saving it again as JPEG or PNG.
