> ## Documentation Index > Fetch the complete documentation index at: https://docs.pinsearch.co/llms.txt > Use this file to discover all available pages before exploring further. # Review published Pins > Find sent Pins, open them on Pinterest and copy them back to Drafts. **Published** shows Pins successfully sent through Pinsearch for the selected account. It is your publication history, rather than a list of every Pin on that Pinterest account. ## Find and open a Pin Open **Publishing → Published** and review Pins grouped by publication date. Use the date filter to narrow the history. Older results load as you move through the list, with **Show more** available when needed. Click a live Pin's row, or choose **View on Pinterest** from its menu, to open the Pinterest result. Check the image, board and destination when verifying a publication. ## Reuse a Pin Choose **Copy to Drafts** when you want a new draft based on a published Pin. Review the copy, image and board before scheduling the new version. The original Pinterest Pin stays published. ## Delete from Pinterest Use **Delete from Pinterest** on a live Pin when you intend to remove the Pinterest publication itself. Review the confirmation carefully. The app may show deletion in progress before the result is confirmed. **Delete from Pinterest** affects the live Pinterest Pin. Deleting a draft or deleting Pinsearch publishing data has a different effect. ## If a Pin is missing Check the selected account and date filter first. A Pin still in Queue has not yet appeared as a successful publication. Check alerts or Drafts if a scheduled Pin failed or needs attention.
