# Top up with credit packs

> Buy one-time credit packs when you need more Pinsearch credits.

Use credit packs when you need more AI credits without changing your subscription plan.

Credit packs are best for busy publishing weeks, launch campaigns, seasonal content pushes, or any month where you want extra room.

## What credit packs include

Pinsearch can show these credit pack sizes:

| Credit pack   | Typical image-article output | Typical topic-article output |
| ------------- | ---------------------------: | ---------------------------: |
| 500 credits   |            About 25 articles |            About 12 articles |
| 1,000 credits |            About 50 articles |            About 25 articles |
| 2,000 credits |           About 100 articles |            About 50 articles |

These are estimates based on a 20-item listicle. Your actual usage depends on how many images or listicle items you generate.

## How credit packs work

Credit pack credits:

* Are one-time purchases.
* Are added to your purchased credit balance.
* Stay on your account until used.
* Do not count toward your subscription rollover cap.
* Are used after subscription credits.

  A credit pack gives you more credits, but it does not unlock Pinsearch by itself. Spending credits still requires a free trial, active subscription, or lifetime access.

## Buy a credit pack from Settings

  <Step title="Open Settings">
    In the Pinsearch sidebar, click **Settings**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Open Credits & Usage">
    Select the **Credits & Usage** tab.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose a pack">
    In **Top up credits**, choose the credit pack that fits your current workload.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Buy credits">
    Click **Buy credits** and complete checkout.
  </Step>
</Steps>

After checkout, refresh Pinsearch if the new balance does not appear right away.

## Choose the right pack

* Choose **500 credits** for an occasional extra batch.
* Choose **1,000 credits** when you want more breathing room without changing plans.
* Choose **2,000 credits** for larger content pushes or agency-style work.

## If credit packs do not appear

If **Top up credits** says credit pack offers are syncing, refresh the page.

If the packs still do not appear after a refresh, contact support.
