# Monthly credits, rollover, and scheduled refills

> Understand monthly credit grants, rollover behavior, and scheduled refill timing.

Subscription plans include credits that refresh on a schedule. If you do not use all of them, unused subscription credits can roll over up to your plan's bank limit.

## Monthly credit amounts

| Plan  | Credits added each month | Maximum subscription credit bank |
| ----- | -----------------------: | -------------------------------: |
| Basic |                      600 |                            1,800 |
| Plus  |                    1,200 |                            3,600 |
| Pro   |                    2,400 |                            7,200 |

The maximum bank is three months of subscription credits.

## How rollover works

Unused subscription credits can carry forward, but only up to your plan's maximum bank.

For example, Basic adds 600 credits each month and can hold up to 1,800 subscription credits. If a refill would push your subscription credit balance above 1,800, Pinsearch caps the balance at 1,800.

  Rollover helps when your publishing schedule is uneven. A quiet month can leave extra room for a busier month later.

## Purchased credits do not count toward the cap

Credit pack credits and lifetime starter credits are purchased credits.

Purchased credits:

* Do not count toward the subscription rollover cap.
* Stay on your account until used.
* Are spent after subscription credits.

This is why your total available balance may be higher than your subscription bank limit.

## When credits refill

Pinsearch schedules subscription credit refills around the subscription start date.

To check your next refill:

    Select the **Credits & Usage** tab.

    Look for **Next refill** under your credit summary.

The next refill appears only when you have an active subscription plan with a scheduled refill.

## What happens when you change plans

When you move between subscription plans, Pinsearch keeps your purchased credits separate and updates your subscription credit plan.

Plan changes follow billing proration rules, so a switch may also create an immediate charge or credit through the billing provider.

## What does not refill monthly

These do not receive a monthly subscription refill:

* Free trial credits.
* Lifetime starter credits.
* Credit pack credits.

Lifetime and pack credits stay available until used, but they are not part of a recurring monthly refill.
